Web & Campaign Production Coordinator

Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Technical Specialist to support our client's digital platforms. In this role, you'll apply your broad skill set across web development, digital merchandising, marketplace management, and email marketing while consistently delivering high-quality work and contributing to the success of multiple digital initiatives. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Fixed Schedule [AEST] | 7.5 paid hours and 30-minute paid break | 8 hours a day

Responsibilities:

  • Landing Page Development & Web Production
    • Build, optimise and QA campaign landing pages using basic HTML and JavaScript, and tools such as Builder.io (or similar) where appropriate
    • Ensure pages are fast, responsive and meet Core Web Vitals and broader performance standards
    • Implement on-site components, banners and pop-ups using GetSiteControl or equivalent tools
    • Maintain and improve page templates to speed up campaign turnaround
  • Website Merchandising
    • Update product detail pages (PDPs), homepage real estate, banners and navigation in line with campaigns, seasonality and events
    • Implement merchandising changes requested by the wider marketing team, prioritising for impact and timeliness
    • Ensure gifting and add-on ordering is optimised per market based on seasonality and campaign
  • Third-Party Marketplace Management
    • Manage and update listings, scheduling and content across external marketplace platforms (e.g. Rezdy, Red Balloon)
    • Keep pricing, availability and campaign messaging accurate and consistent across all channels
  • EDM Support
    • Support the build, testing and scheduling of email campaigns in Mailchimp, partnering with the Email & Digital Merchandising Coordinator at peak periods
    • Help maintain responsive, on-brand email templates and conduct pre-send quality checks (link validation, merge tags, formatting)
  • Analytics, Performance & Optimisation
    • Use on-site analytics and behaviour tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, VWO) to monitor performance and surface opportunities
    • Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation on landing pages and key journeys
    • Feed performance learnings back into future campaign production
  • Collaboration & General Support
    • Work closely with campaign leads to bring creative campaigns to life across web, email and marketplace
    • Provide ad-hoc production support and operational tasks to keep campaign delivery on track

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Foundational HTML & CSS — clear understanding of how web pages are structured and styled
  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp
  • Experience with GetSiteControl or a similar on-site tooling platform
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset across everything you ship
  • Clear communication skills

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

  • React or exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Familiarity with visual layout builders like Builder.io
  • Working understanding of Core Web Vitals and technical page performance metrics
  • Baseline awareness or exposure to on-site analytics and performance tools such as Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, or VWO
  • Experience supporting campaigns in a marketing or e-commerce environment
  • Exposure to CRO, A/B testing, or conversion optimization
