Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to manage our content engine and ensure consistent delivery across all channels. You will be responsible for the execution of our content calendar, refining AI-generated drafts, and meticulously documenting client wins to create high-impact marketing assets.

Client Overview:

A specialized digital marketing consultancy that helps clients achieve measurable growth. The firm produces high-quality insights via a podcast, newsletter, and LinkedIn, focusing on turning performance data into compelling social proof.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule during the client’s business hours (GMT/BST, 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the content calendar for podcast, newsletter, and LinkedIn channels.
  • Document client results by capturing performance data and saving creative assets.
  • Transform successful client outcomes into marketing-ready case studies and social proof.
  • Review and refine AI-generated content to maintain brand voice and quality standards.
  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts and newsletter editions to align with business wins.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and provide regular reports to the owner.
  • Identify and suggest small process improvements to enhance overall content workflows.
  • Coordinate directly with the business owner to prioritize tasks and content direction.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing assistant or content coordination role.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a sharp eye for editing and polishing.
  • High attention to detail, especially when reviewing and fact-checking AI outputs.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling, newsletters, and podcast distribution.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage recurring tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Proactive mindset with the confidence to propose workflow optimizations.
  • Bonus if you have experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • It helps if you have a basic understanding of conversion-focused marketing.
