Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (US Staffing) to support our US Staffing Sales team in expanding business opportunities. Operating on a full-time Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EDT), you will research, identify, and qualify prospective clients within the US staffing, IT services, and recruitment industries. Utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems, you will build a strong pipeline of decision-makers to drive sales expansion. This permanent work-from-home role requires 1–4 years of experience and offers immediate hiring for eligible candidates.
Schedule
Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EDT with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients in the US Staffing industry.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, job boards, online databases, and other digital platforms, cold calling , emails etc
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Collect and verify decision-maker information including HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Hiring Managers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect records in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Support the sales team with data mining, lead nurturing, and appointment setting activities.
- Track lead generation metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to ensure alignment on target accounts.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Support, Market Research, or Business Development.
- Experience working in US Staffing, Recruitment, or IT Services industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, or similar lead generation tools.
- Excellent internet research and data mining skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience generating leads for US Staffing or IT Staffing companies is preferred.
- Understanding of MSP, VMS, Direct Client, and Recruitment business models is preferred.
- Familiarity with US market and staffing terminology is preferred.
