Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests
- Manage Airbnb calendars and reservations
- Coordinate cleaners and maintenance providers
- Resolve guest concerns professionally
- Monitor listing performance and optimize occupancy
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and review ratings
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Airbnb co-host experience preferred (minimum 1 year required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written English
- Experience managing multiple listings is an advantage
- Familiarity with Airbnb or property management software is a plus
- Highly organized and proactive
