In this role, you will manage end-to-end insurance quoting processes, handle key client communications, and ensure seamless administrative support. Schedule
Full-time, 40+ hours per week, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time
Responsibilities
- Assist with obtaining and processing insurance quotes for contractor clients
- Handle inbound client calls and conduct outbound follow-ups to gather required information
- Collect and organize client data needed for quoting general liability, workers' compensation, and other insurance products
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to ensure clear and accurate information exchange
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the quoting and onboarding process
Requirements
- Background or foundational knowledge in the U.S. insurance industry, including general liability and workers' compensation
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and presentable phone manner
- Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus
- High level of attention to detail when handling client information and insurance codes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
