Job Overview

A growing real estate and vacation rental business is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (Real Estate & Vacation Rentals) to drive expansion across multiple ventures. In this fully remote role, you will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and optimize day-to-day operations spanning property sales and short-term rental management. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and startup experience to streamline workflows, enhance our online presence, and support long-term business growth.

Schedule

Mon-Fri, final schedule to be determined, CST time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Research markets and industry trends
  • Build relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Develop growth strategies and business initiatives
  • Improve internal processes and workflows
  • Coordinate projects across different teams
  • Present recommendations to leadership

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, operations, or strategic growth
  • Experience working in a startup or scaling business is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
