Real Estate Support Specialist

Overview

Support a busy US real estate team by keeping transactions organized, assisting with contracts, following up with leads, and helping ensure every deal progresses smoothly from contract to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize real estate contracts and documents
  • Manage transactions from contract to closing
  • Maintain property listings
  • Follow up with buyer and seller leads
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients
  • Update and maintain CRM records
  • Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, and other parties
  • Keep transactions organized and on schedule

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting a US Realtor or real estate brokerage
  • Experience with MLS
  • Familiarity with Form Simplicity, DocuSign, or similar transaction management software
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Follow Up Boss
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
