Our client is looking for a B2B Lead Generation Specialist (Commercial Property Services) who will research prospective clients, conduct outbound outreach, and generate qualified appointments for the business owner. This role is ideal for someone with strong research skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to consistently build and nurture a sales pipeline.

Our client is a growing commercial landscaping company providing professional landscape maintenance and construction services to businesses and industrial facilities. Their team is committed to building long-term client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication. They are looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify new business opportunities and support their continued growth.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Compensation:
- Commissions will be provided for meeting sales targets
Responsibilities:
- Research and compile targeted prospect lists of commercial properties, ports, warehouses, and industrial facilities within the company's service area.
- Identify decision-makers and gather accurate contact information using online directories, databases, and other research tools.
- Conduct outbound outreach through email and Instagram to introduce the company's landscape maintenance and construction services.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to build relationships and generate qualified appointments.
- Maintain accurate outreach records and update lead tracking systems to ensure all prospects receive timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the business owner to refine prospect criteria, outreach messaging, and lead generation strategies.
- Monitor outreach performance and recommend improvements to increase response and conversion rates.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in all communications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or outbound sales.
- Experience working within construction, landscaping, property services, or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of commercial construction or landscaping services is an advantage.
- Strong written English communication skills with the ability to craft professional and engaging outreach messages.
- Experience researching commercial businesses and identifying key decision-makers.
- Familiarity with online research tools, business directories, and social media platforms such as Instagram.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns.
- Self-motivated and capable of meeting daily outreach and lead generation targets independently.
