Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a Meta Ads & Cold Email Lead Generation Manager to join their growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through cold email outreach and paid digital advertising. You will build targeted prospect lists, execute outbound email campaigns, manage Meta Ads, and optimize marketing performance to generate qualified leads and book sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and experienced in both outbound lead generation and digital marketing.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day flexible within US daytime CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities:

Research and build targeted prospect lists based on the company's ideal customer profile.

Develop, launch, and manage cold email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and book sales calls.

Utilize platforms such as Instantly.ai and other cold email automation tools to execute and optimize outreach campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance, including deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and conversions, and implement improvements as needed.

Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Track advertising performance and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives to maximize ROI.

Analyze marketing data and prepare reports with recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Collaborate with the team to support lead generation and overall marketing initiatives.
Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound lead generation and cold email marketing.

Hands-on experience using Instantly.ai or similar cold email automation platforms.

Strong experience building targeted prospect lists and executing successful email outreach campaigns.

Proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for outbound email campaigns.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools is preferred.
