Responsibilities

  • Contact warm inbound leads promptly as they enter the CRM to maximize conversion potential
  • Qualify prospects by confirming key details such as company name, business type, target audience, and project timeline
  • Assess prospect readiness and urgency to ensure only high-intent leads are passed to the closer
  • Accurately log all qualifying information and call notes in the CRM for seamless handoff
  • Schedule qualified prospects for Zoom calls with the business owner for final presentations and closing
  • Re-engage missed or unresponsive leads through timely follow-up outreach

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English with clear, professional, and conversational communication skills
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or inbound sales support
  • Proficiency navigating CRM systems such as Close
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and represent the brand with confidence and authenticity
  • High level of attention to detail when capturing and relaying prospect information
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Scope

  • Handle all initial inbound lead calls generated from Facebook Meta ad campaigns
  • Serve as the first point of contact between the prospect and the business owner
  • Ensure only qualified, high-intent prospects are scheduled for closing calls
  • Support the scaling of lead volume as ad spend increases over time
  • Maintain a responsive approach to incoming leads within designated working hours
  • Contribute to refining the qualification script and process based on real call experience
