Administrative Assistant (Excel Specialist)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Excel Specialist) to support our operations team with daily data management and campaign reporting. In this remote role, you will be responsible for telecommunications tracking, monitoring phone number reputations, and submitting tickets directly to major carriers like AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Additionally, you will compile staff productivity reports and maintain precise client calling campaign data within internal spreadsheets. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional eye for detail, works comfortably with Google Sheets or Excel, and ensures the absolute accuracy and confidentiality of all data tracking.

Schedule

Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM Central Time required, remaining 3 hours flexible during business hours (30 hours per week)

Responsibilities

● Review of number, reputation monitoring results – submitting tickets to ATT, Verizon and T-Mobile. Updating trackers.
● Submission/removal of new and branded numbers to technology-partners’ website.
● Compilation and distribution of staff productivity reports.
● Data tracking for Client calling campaigns.
● Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in all reporting and submissions.
● Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.

Requirements

● Proficient in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and other productivity tools. (Non-negotiable)
● Previous experience in administrative, clerical, or data entry roles preferred.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Strong written communication skills for documentation and report preparation.
● Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
● Familiarity with telecommunications, number monitoring, or related tasks is a plus (not required).
