Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive, target-driven Outbound Sales Development Representative (Sponsorships & Event Hire) to accelerate new business growth across two unique sports entertainment service lines. In this part-time remote role, you will lead outbound prospecting from scratch, driving visibility and generating commercial interest for both mobile golf simulator event hires (Golf SimHire) and professional studio sponsorship packages. This position is ideal for an articulate, resilient sales professional who excels at independent online market research, cold calling corporate decision-makers, and building a structured pipeline of warm leads.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM AWST (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Prospecting: Research, identify, and target prospective corporate businesses and key decision-makers suited for event hires and premium sponsorship opportunities.
  • Outbound Outreach Execution: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and customized email campaigns using provided scripts and structured sales materials to initiate commercial conversations.
  • Gatekeeper Navigation: Confidently navigate organizational gatekeepers to connect directly with budget holders and senior contacts within target organizations.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and maintain a functional pipeline of warm leads, meticulously documenting all business data, interaction logs, and contact profiles.
  • Lead Handoff Coordination: Successfully hand off highly qualified sales leads and confirmed calendar appointments to the internal corporate team for final contract closing.
  • KPI Activity Tracking: Continuously track, audit, and report on daily outreach metrics, contact volumes, and appointment generation performance against established KPIs.

Requirements

  • Outbound Sales Footprint: Proven professional experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or corporate appointment setting.
  • Linguistic Standard: Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a professional, engaging, and personable phone presence.
  • Research & Data Literacy: High level of attention to detail when researching upscale corporate entities and logging structural database records.
  • Sales Psychology Mastery: Exceptional resilience, persistence, and comfort when navigating cold outreach environments and managing corporate objections.
  • Operational Autonomy: Proven capability to work completely independently and manage time effectively across multiple simultaneous campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with email outreach platforms, automation software, or digital campaign distribution tools such as MailChimp is considered a distinct plus.
