Job Overview
Our client is looking for a resilient and self-motivated Outbound B2B Lead Generation Specialist to build their sales pipeline from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling commercial businesses across Australia, navigating gatekeepers, and setting qualified appointments for business owners to close deals.

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective commercial clients, building the sales pipeline from zero
- Identify and engage key decision-makers such as facilities managers, HR contacts, and operations leads within target companies
- Navigate gatekeepers professionally to secure conversations with the right stakeholders
- Schedule qualified appointments for the business owners to close deals
- Execute structured follow-up sequences via phone and email to nurture warm leads
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity, call outcomes, and lead status in the designated tracking system
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling and appointment setting, ideally within B2B or commercial services
- Professional and articulate verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate the value of ISO-certified cleaning services confidently and credibly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily call targets
- High level of resilience and professionalism when handling objections and rejection
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking leads and follow-ups
- Experience utilizing or willingness to use a softphone dialer (e.g., 3CX or JustCall) with an Australian phone number
- Ability to contribute to the development of call scripts, email templates, and outreach processes
