Job Overview

Our client is seeking a persuasive and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative with a solid track record in sales. In this full-time remote role, you will make outbound calls to set sales and service appointments for well-established dealerships across the U.S. This position offers a stable income with high commission potential, allowing you to work with a supportive team entirely from your home office. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional who can comfortably drive automotive campaigns, follow structured scripts, and connect with customers without the commute.

Schedule

  • Monday - Saturday, Shifting Schedule (40 hours per week)

Note: Permanent 8-hour daily schedules will be assigned upon completion of training and will fall within the operational window of 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), with a 1-hour unpaid break.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using prepared scripts, campaign structures, and dialer guidelines.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified sales and service appointments for partner dealerships across the United States market.
  • Warm Lead Transfers: Perform seamless warm transfers of interested prospects over to internal dealership teams as needed to accelerate sales cycles.
  • CRM Ledger Integrity: Keep internal CRM records completely accurate, detailed, and up-to-date immediately following the disposition of every call.
  • Process Compliance: Adhere strictly to structured quality assurance processes while dynamically adjusting to changing campaign types and conversation flows.

Requirements

  • Sales Footprint: At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, high-volume outbound appointment setting, or telephonic customer service.
  • Linguistic Standard: Professional verbal English communication and articulation skills engineered for international business-to-consumer (B2C) calls.
  • Sales Psychology Mastery: Strong active listening skills with a demonstrated ability to build fast rapport and comfortably navigate patient objections.
  • Technical Infrastructure: A reliable, high-speed internet connection, a quiet home workspace completely free from background noise, a laptop/desktop computer with a functional webcam, and a high-quality wired headset.
  • Autonomy: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and capable of staying focused independently within a target-driven remote office environment.

Qualifications

  • A strong personal interest or direct professional experience within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
  • Spanish language bilingual capability is a distinct advantage but is not strictly required.
