Salesforce Administrator & Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a  Salesforce Administrator & Marketing Operations Specialist  to support sales and marketing through Salesforce administration, automation, Apollo, email marketing, campaign coordination, reporting, and CRM optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise with hands-on marketing operations experience, helping streamline processes, improve workflows, and support lead generation and campaign execution.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST (Fredericksburg, Texas time)

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration

  • Manage Salesforce users, permissions, objects, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, and data quality.
  • Maintain CRM processes, build Salesforce Flows, troubleshoot issues, document workflows, and support integrations.

Sales Operations & Apollo

  • Manage Apollo for prospecting, sequencing, and outreach.
  • Maintain CRM data, lead routing, campaign tracking, follow-ups, and sales reporting.

Marketing & Business Support

  • Support email marketing, social media, campaign coordination, reporting, and CRM updates.
  • Gather business requirements, implement Salesforce improvements, document processes, and improve workflows.

Qualifications
Required Experience

  • Strong Salesforce Administrator experience, including users, objects, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, permissions, and Flow Builder.
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, or revenue operations.
  • Experience with Apollo, email marketing platforms, CRM campaigns, or outbound sales tools.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation, sales pipelines, outreach campaigns, and marketing workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, maintain data quality, document processes, and balance CRM administration with marketing support.

Preferred Experience

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, Salesforce integrations, or Agentforce.
  • Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, social media scheduling, and tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Experience creating executive dashboards and reports.

Technical Skills

  • Salesforce Administration & Flow Builder
  • Custom Objects, Fields, Layouts, Reports & Dashboards
  • User Management, CRM Data Cleanup & Documentation
  • Apollo or similar sales engagement tools
  • Email Marketing & Campaign Reporting
  • Apex, APIs, or LWC (preferred)
