Senior B2B Outbound Sales Executive (Financial Services)

Overview:

Our client is seeking a high-performing  Senior B2B Outbound Sales Executive (Financial Services) to secure video and face-to-face meetings with senior decision-makers across venture capital firms, private equity funds, investment funds & asset managers, family offices, High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), and investment banks. The primary goal is to generate and book qualified appointments with decision-makers for lending and investment-related discussions.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK Time, with 1 hour break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to target VC firms, PE funds, family offices, investment banks, and HNWIs
  • Secure direct access to senior decision-makers and bypass gatekeepers
  • Qualify leads and assess suitability for lending/investment solutions
  • Book and confirm video or face-to-face appointments with qualified prospects
  • Run discovery conversations and support early-stage qualification where required
  • Present lending solutions and handle objections confidently throughout the sales process
  • Drive deal closure and secure commitments from qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates including pipeline activity and call notes
  • Work closely with leadership on high-value or strategic accounts
  • Direct access to leadership for high-value deals and strategic accounts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales or appointment setting, ideally in financial services or high-ticket sales
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives and sophisticated investors
  • Experience with cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, or equivalent channels)
  • Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection in a high-pressure sales environment
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-focused
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines
  • Strong closing mindset with a focus on booked meetings and conversions
