Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and proactive Bilingual Patient Care & Clinic Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, guiding them seamlessly from their initial inquiry through onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing care. By balancing patient outreach, smooth scheduling, basic billing, and provider collaboration, you will ensure an exceptional, patient-first experience.

Schedule: Remote, Part time | Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities: 

• Execute creative strategies via social media, digital marketing, and community events to raise awareness and generate high-quality leads for weight loss and HRT programs.
• Coordinate the daily calendar for consultations and follow-ups using scheduling software to maximize provider time and minimize patient wait times.
• Welcome new patients, manage intake forms, and confidently explain clinic processes, pricing, and expectations with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Handle invoicing and billing for the primary cash-pay patient base while managing insurance verification and claims for the single accepted provider.
• Proactively schedule routine follow-ups to keep patients on track with protocols, address minor concerns, and maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to coordinate care, share updates, and use patient feedback to help optimize clinic operations and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Absolute fluency in both English and Spanish is required (ability to seamlessly switch between both languages dynamically with patients).
• Proven experience in healthcare scheduling, patient intake, or medical front-desk management.
• Familiarity with medical billing practices, payment processing, and basic insurance verification.
• Comfortable navigating Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, modern CRM/scheduling software, and social media platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a compassionate, patient-first mindset.
•  Prior basic knowledge of medical weight loss therapies or Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a major plus.
