Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, full-time Sales Development Representative to drive our top-of-funnel prospecting. In this role, you’ll research and target potential brand partners across industries like skincare, cosmetics, beverages, and CPG.
You will craft compelling outbound email campaigns, build targeted prospect lists, and hand off warm leads to our internal team—with zero sales closing or commission-based pressure.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm Pacific.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential brand partners across industries such as skincare, cosmetics, beverages, and consumer packaged goods
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists of relevant companies for outbound outreach
- Craft and send outbound email campaigns to prospective brand partners
- Bring fresh outreach ideas and strategies to improve engagement and response rates
- Track and organize all outreach activity to ensure consistent follow-up and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven recent experience in lead generation or outbound email outreach
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential prospects independently
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach emails
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily outreach volume without direct supervision
