Overview

Help families and students access top-tier academic support by serving as their first point of contact. In this role, you will connect with warm, pre-qualified inbound leads to understand their tutoring needs, address light objections, and seamlessly schedule them with the perfect tutor.

Schedule

Flexible availability required during 9-11am, 1-3pm, 4-7pm AEDT

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest in tutoring services
• Handle 10 to 40 leads per week depending on availability and lead flow
• Conduct calls during peak contactability windows in Sydney timezone
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments with appropriate tutors
• Address light objections and answer questions about the tutoring platform
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and outcomes in the CRM system
• Work flexible hours based on lead availability and contact success rates
• Adapt calling schedule as lead volume increases

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
• Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound calling roles
• Comfortable working with warm leads and light objection handling
• Self-motivated and reliable with consistent availability during Sydney business hours
• Experience using CRM systems and call management tools

Qualifications:

• Experience in the education or tutoring industry is a plus
• Experience working with Australian clients or audiences previously is a plus
• Comfort with performance-based commission structures
• Experience managing fluctuating workloads and lead volumes
