Our client is a workspace solutions company based in Ireland experiencing steady growth in their business development efforts. They work with corporate clients to deliver workspace products and solutions, requiring frequent custom presentations for new opportunities and client meetings.

Job Description

You will be the creative force behind modern, eye-catching presentations that help win new business opportunities. Working directly with the marketing team, you will transform product information and brand materials into polished, professional presentations using Canva. This is a high-impact role where your design work directly supports the business development pipeline, and your attention to detail will be visible to every prospective client the company meets with.

Schedule

• 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday between 9am - 4pm BST

Responsibilities

• Design and compile 2-10 custom client presentations per week using Canva, depending on business development activity
• Create modern, visually appealing slides that combine generic company content with product-specific information
• Ensure all presentations are error-free with meticulous attention to spelling, formatting, and brand consistency
• Incorporate provided product images and content into cohesive presentation layouts
• Design product proofs and marketing materials as needed
• Update and refresh company brochures every few months to reflect new products or messaging
• Maintain design templates and presentation libraries for efficient turnaround times
• Work within dedicated time slots to deliver presentations with quick turnaround for time-sensitive client meetings

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience designing professional presentations, ideally for business development or client-facing purposes
• Strong proficiency in Canva with a portfolio demonstrating modern, clean design work
• Exceptional eye for detail with commitment to error-free deliverables
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple presentation requests per week
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and layout principles for presentations
• Excellent communication skills to understand client requirements and brand guidelines
• Reliable availability during Ireland business hours for real-time collaboration
