Job Overview:

Our client is looking for someone to own the lead nurture pipeline for a high-growth med spa. You’ll convert leads, reactivations, and social followers into booked appointments through fast, persistent outreach—directly transforming marketing efforts into revenue. 

Schedule: Part Time | Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to Facebook ad leads quickly and consistently to maximize conversion rates
• Manage outbound follow-up calls and text messages for new patient leads through the CRM
• Work the cancellation pipeline to rebook appointments and prevent lost revenue
• Nurture leads in the reactivation pipeline to bring back former patients
• Follow up with Instagram followers who enter the lead pipeline through automated offers
• Make outbound calls to leads using the integrated Go High Level CRM system
• Provide human touchpoints beyond automation to answer questions and build rapport
• Document all interactions and move leads through the pipeline stages appropriately
• Monitor multiple pipelines simultaneously to ensure no lead goes uncontacted
• Work independently during after-hours coverage when front desk staff is unavailable

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English with clear communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in medical spa, aesthetics, or cosmetic treatment industry.
• Familiarity with treatments like Botox, fillers, and facial aesthetic procedures.
• Proven lead follow-up or sales conversion experience.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
• Self-motivated to work independently during assigned shift hours.
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
  
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel or similar) and integrated EHR platforms (e.g., Aesthetic Record). 
• Preferred: Strong understanding of lead nurturing strategies and Facebook lead generation workflows.
