Overview:

Our client is looking for a French Bilingual Outbound Sales Specialist to drive outbound sales and client acquisition for corporate, wedding, and private events. In this role, you will conduct cold outreach, perform multi-channel follow-ups, and build trust with prospective clients to secure bookings and qualify leads.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST (Montreal)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to corporate and private event prospects
• Perform persistent multi-channel follow-ups via phone and email
• Schedule qualified appointments and discovery calls for the internal team
• Utilize existing lead generation platforms to identify and target prospects
• Navigate sales conversations fluently in both French and English
• Build trust with potential clients to secure event bookings quickly

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales support
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work during Montreal business hours (EST)
• Resilient attitude with a strong focus on closing deals
• Proficiency in using lead generation and CRM software

Scope:

• Part-time commitment: 20 hours per week (4 hours daily)
• Schedule set by you to maximize reach during ideal client windows
• Focus on corporate, wedding, and private event client acquisition
• Direct collaboration with company leadership for systematic follow-up
