Job Description
You will serve as the right hand to the business owner, taking full ownership of day-to-day administrative operations that keep the business running smoothly. From managing calendars and emails to coordinating client follow-ups and preparing reports, you will ensure nothing falls through the cracks while freeing up leadership to focus on high-value work. This is a role where your organizational skills and customer service excellence will directly impact business efficiency and client satisfaction.
Schedule: Part Time, Mon-Fri 4 hours daily UK time (specific hours flexible)
Responsibilities

Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to support business operations Handle email correspondence and maintain organized communication systems.

Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments Maintain accurate records and client files.

Coordinate follow-ups with clients to ensure timely communication.

Prepare reports and documentation as needed Book travel arrangements and handle logistics.

Take minutes during meetings and distribute action items.

Provide customer service support to clients as needed
Must-Have Requirements

Strong administrative skills with proven experience managing multiple tasks.

Excellent customer service abilities and professional communication Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and proactively manage priorities.

Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup

Available to work 4-hour blocks consistently, 5 days per week.
