Ready to drive growth for a fast-growing medical spa?

In this role, you will be a Healthcare Appointment Setter who will lead the conversion process—turning incoming inquiries into booked appointments while building and optimizing sophisticated marketing automation workflows inside GoHighLevel. We are looking for someone with proven experience managing GoHighLevel workflows, nurturing leads from Meta advertising campaigns, and building interactive chatbots or course content. Experience in the medical spa, aesthetics, or healthcare industry and design skills in Canva are major pluses! 

Schedule:
Remote, Part time | CST Mondays 1-5pm, Tuesdays 9am-1pm, Wednesdays 2-6pm, Thursdays 2-6pm, Fridays 2-6pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls from prospective clients and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Respond promptly to leads generated from Meta advertising campaigns
• Schedule and confirm client appointments using practice management systems
• Build and optimize automations and workflows within GoHighLevel Design and implement chatbots to improve lead engagement and qualification.
• Create courses and educational content within the GoHighLevel platform Develop and execute text message campaigns to nurture and convert leads
• Design email campaigns and newsletters using Canva and marketing automation tools
• Maximize the use of GoHighLevel features to improve conversion rates and client experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel, including automations and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads through phone and text communication
• Experience scheduling and confirming appointments in a service-based business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Comfort working independently during late afternoon hours.
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
• Bonus if you have experience in the medical spa, aesthetics, or healthcare industry.
• It's a plus if you're skilled in Canva for creating marketing materials.
• Bonus if you have experience responding to and nurturing leads from Meta advertising campaigns.
• It's a plus if you've built chatbots or course content within marketing platforms.
