Job Overview:

As the GHL Automation, Operations & Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated GoHighLevel automations, managing third-party integrations, and leading client onboarding sessions.

This role combines technical implementation with customer-facing responsibilities. You will build advanced workflows, optimize lead routing, customize GHL environments, and guide new members through platform setup via live Zoom sessions. You'll also create training materials and document internal processes to support scalability.

Schedule: Remote, Full-Time | Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Arizona Time.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain advanced GoHighLevel workflows and automations.
• Create and manage Make.com scenarios connecting GHL with external applications.
• Configure webhooks, custom field mapping, and real-time data synchronization.
• Map Meta Instant Form data and other advertising platform leads into GoHighLevel.
• Build and maintain master snapshots, round-robin lead distribution, and account provisioning.
• Configure Sendblue SMS integrations, A2P 10DLC registration, and AI chat/voice bot integrations.
• Customize GoHighLevel using CSS and JavaScript to improve client experience.
• Conduct live one-on-one Zoom onboarding sessions with new clients.
• Assist clients with CRM setup, calendars, email domains, phone numbers, WAVV dialer, and platform navigation.
• Record professional screen-share training videos for the client knowledge base.
• Build and maintain membership portals, shopping cart functionality, and automated product delivery.
• Manage integrations including Stripe webhooks, LeadConduit, ActiveProspect, and TrustedForm.
• Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot workflow issues.
• Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation for all workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve client onboarding and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel Agency Mode, including multi-sub-account management and snapshot deployment.
• Strong experience building advanced workflows and automations using Make.com.
• Experience integrating third-party platforms through APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Instant Forms and multi-platform lead routing.
• Strong CSS and JavaScript skills for GoHighLevel customization.
• Experience integrating AI chatbots, AI voice assistants, and SMS platforms such as Sendblue.
• Familiarity with Stripe webhooks, LeadConduit, TrustedForm, and ActiveProspect.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills paired with strong verbal and written communication, including confidence leading live Zoom training and creating clear video tutorials and documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with the insurance or lead generation sectors, including TCPA compliance and lead certification. 
• Nice to have: Experience managing membership portals, paid ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), and CRM/SaaS client onboarding.
