Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Luxury Jewelry Email Sales Specialist to assist prospective clients throughout the custom engagement ring purchasing journey. You will respond to customer inquiries, provide detailed pricing, and guide clients through the custom ring design process entirely via email. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional written communication skills, a passion for fine jewelry, and the ability to build trust through personalized, high-touch interactions.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Fort Myers, FL (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day) with 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer email inquiries regarding custom lab diamond engagement rings in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate pricing quotes and walk prospective clients through the custom ring selection process
• Maintain a natural, human tone in all email communications while ensuring brand consistency
• Follow established email templates and contribute to the development of new response frameworks
• Track and manage client conversations to ensure no inquiries fall through the cracks
• Support the sales pipeline by guiding prospective customers toward purchasing decisions

Requirements

• Prior experience in email-based sales or customer service, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry
• Familiarity with the jewelry or luxury goods industry required
• Exceptional attention to detail, including proper grammar, capitalization, and formatting
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey warmth and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
• High level of reliability and consistency in producing error-free correspondence
