Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive B2B Outbound Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, schedule qualified appointments, and build strong pipeline prospects across the Illawarra and South Sydney regions within the childcare food delivery industry.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM / 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM, Australian Eastern Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to childcare centres and potential NDIS providers within the Illawarra and south Sydney regions to generate new business opportunities
• Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients for further engagement and onboarding
• Develop and refine call scripts, outreach strategies, and sales collateral tailored to the childcare food delivery industry
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent and timely follow-up
• Research and identify new childcare centres and relevant facilities within the target territory
• Track all outreach activity and outcomes to provide regular progress updates
• Collaborate directly with the business owner to align on goals and priorities

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting in a B2B environment
• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging phone manner
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of attention to detail when managing prospect lists and tracking outreach
• Ability to adapt messaging and approach to a niche market
