Job Overview

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging short-form and long-form content for social media and digital marketing campaigns. In this remote role, you will edit videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn while adding motion graphics, captions, and sound enhancements. Working closely with creative and marketing teams, you will ensure brand consistency and help optimize content for maximum audience engagement. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling during U.S. business hours for an editor with strong storytelling skills.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, flexible between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (20 hrs per week)

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Add motion graphics, captions, music, and sound effects.
• Color correct and enhance video/audio quality.
• Repurpose content into multiple platform-specific formats.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to meet content deadlines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video assets.

Must-have Requirements

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Reliable internet connection and availability to work part-time during U.S. business hours.
