Overview:

Our client is looking for a proactive Part-Time Appointment Setter (GHL CRM | Patient Support) to engage inbound leads and convert potential patients into booked consultations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact during evening and weekend hours, supporting a small team of five by extending business availability and ensuring no leads are missed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM MST, Saturday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM MST, Sunday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM MST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with inbound leads generated through Facebook ads and social media during evening and weekend hours
• Engage potential patients via phone calls and messaging to build rapport and guide them toward booking consultations
• Manage and update lead records within GoHighLevel CRM to ensure accurate tracking and timely follow-up
• Answer prospect questions about services and steer conversations toward scheduling a consultation appointment
• Maintain a warm, professional tone that puts potential patients at ease throughout the interaction
• Monitor CRM automations and step in to personally engage leads at the appropriate stage

Requirements:

• Prior experience in appointment setting, lead follow-up, or a similar customer-facing role
• Working knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM or a comparable platform
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to remain positive and composed when handling objections or difficult conversations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during off-peak hours

Scope:

• Part-time role covering evenings and weekends (Minimum 20 hours per week)
• Primary focus on converting inbound leads into booked consultation appointments
• Serving as the first point of contact for potential patients outside of regular business hours
• Supporting a small team of five by extending the business's availability to prospects
• Ensuring no leads are lost due to gaps in after-hours coverage
