About the Role

A digital marketing and systems consulting agency — specializing in custom digital solutions that help businesses launch, scale, and grow — is looking for an experienced Zoho Implementation Specialist to join them part-time. This is a technical, senior-level role requiring deep, hands-on expertise with the Zoho ecosystem, not a general CRM admin position.

You'll be working directly on CRM and platform builds for the agency and their clients, so your ability to hit the ground running, work independently, and deliver clean, scalable implementations is essential.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, Flexible within 10:00AM and 6:00PM AEST (will be fixed to the new hire's preferences); 20hrs per week

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Zoho CRM+ and Zoho One across client and internal environments
• Map business processes and translate them into effective Zoho workflows, automations, and system architecture
• Integrate Zoho with third-party tools and platforms as required
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing Zoho setups
• Provide technical guidance and documentation to support ongoing use of the platform
• Collaborate with the agency team to align Zoho implementations with broader digital and business strategies

Requirements

• Extensive, demonstrable experience with Zoho CRM+ and Zoho One — this is non-negotiable
• Zoho certification strongly preferred; highly experienced developers with a strong reference track record will also be considered
• References from previous Zoho implementation projects are required — be prepared to provide contacts the client can call
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflow automation, and systems integration
• Able to work autonomously and manage implementations end-to-end
• Experience working with digital marketing agencies or consulting environments a strong advantage
• Clear communicator who can translate technical builds into plain language for non-technical stakeholders
