Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented CAD or Revit Drafting Specialist to manage drawing revisions and streamline project workflows. In this role, you will coordinate directly with clients, ensure technical documentation is production-ready, and maintain high standards of accuracy across all updates. It offers a great opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team while working fully remotely on a part-time basis.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, flexible during client business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST) | Part-time (20 hours per week with opportunity for additional hours)

Responsibilities

• Revise existing AutoCAD and/or Revit drawings based on client feedback, including dimensional, material, and design updates
• Review order details to ensure accuracy and completeness before production
• Communicate directly with customers to clarify revision requests and obtain approvals
• Maintain organized records of drawing revisions and version history
• Ensure all revisions are completed accurately and within established timelines
• Support the design team by handling routine modifications, allowing senior designers to focus on complex projects
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth project handoffs

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Experience modifying and updating existing technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers
• Experience in manufacturing, casework, cabinetry, millwork, or custom fabrication is an advantage
