Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative to follow up on direct mail campaigns, qualify leads, and perform warm transfers to our sales team. If you bring a warm phone presence, basic computer skills, and the confidence to handle objections with empathy and poise, apply today! 

Schedule: Remote, Full Time | Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Outreach: Follow up on direct mailers using our integrated dialer.
• Lead Qualification: Use provided scripts to engage prospects, handle basic objections, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Warm Transfers: Successfully connect 5–20 qualified leads to sales representatives per shift.
• CRM Management: Accurately update our custom-built CRM system.

Requirements:

• Communication: Professional English skills with a warm, comfortable phone presence.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and navigate sensitive topics professionally.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency to operate CRM and dialer systems.
• Active Listening: Strong ability to gauge client moods and adapt the conversation accordingly.
