The client is a leading company in the vehicle service contract industry, offering extended coverage options to vehicle owners nationwide. In this full-time Appointment Setter role, you will make high-volume outbound calls to qualify prospective customers using automated dialer systems and sales scripts. Once qualified, you will perform live transfers of these prospects to closer representatives to complete the sale. This position offers competitive commission incentives and is ideal for a resilient, target-driven sales professional skilled in handling objections.

Schedule and Salary: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST with 1 hr unpaid break (40 hrs per week)

$894 USD/month, paid in local currency

Responsibilities

• Qualify customers for vehicle service contracts via outbound calls.
• Execute sales scripts accurately upon call connection.
• Perform live transfers of qualified prospects to closers.
• Manage high-volume calling via an automated dialer system.
• Update CRM with accurate lead information and call outcomes.
• Collaborate with the US-based team to optimize transfer rates.
• Maintain consistent activity levels to hit daily performance targets.

Must-Have Requirements

• Strong verbal English communication skills.
• Prior experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.
• Ability to work Pacific Standard Time (7 AM - 4 PM) shifts.
• Proficiency with auto-dialers and CRM platforms.
• High resilience and ability to handle sales objections effectively.
• Stable home office environment with high-speed internet.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting call volume KPIs.
