Overview:

Our client is looking for a Social Media & Content Growth Specialist for an initial 3-month engagement focused on building social media engagement and follower growth. In this role, you will lay the groundwork for future website traffic and e-commerce readiness while collaborating directly with the client to align content with their creative vision and brand identity.

Schedule: Flexible during client's business hours | 9:00 PM to 1:00 PM EST | Part-time role at 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a structured social media content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to grow audience engagement
• Create visually appealing, on-brand graphics and posts that maintain consistency across all platforms
• Monitor competitor activity and identify content trends to inform weekly pivots and strategy adjustments
• Track and report on social media analytics, providing actionable insights on what is and isn't working
• Drive community engagement through comments, interactions, and audience-building tactics
• Organize and streamline content output to ensure a cohesive brand presence that avoids audience confusion

Requirements:

• Proven experience growing social media followings for small brands, authors, or creative professionals
• Strong graphic design skills with the ability to produce visually compelling content
• Solid understanding of platform-specific demographics and content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
