Join a growing residential construction company as an HVAC Estimator. In this full-time remote role, you will review residential tract home construction plans, prepare accurate HVAC estimates, and provide detailed quotes for builders. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential HVAC estimating, a strong understanding of U.S. building codes and HVAC systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering precise, timely estimates.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Responsibilities:

• Review residential tract home construction plans and prepare accurate HVAC estimates for builders
• Furnish detailed quotes based on project specifications, materials, and labor requirements
• Coordinate with builders and internal teams to ensure estimates align with project scope and timelines
• Track and manage multiple estimates across various tract developments simultaneously
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and code compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC estimating for residential construction projects
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, materials, and installation processes
• Familiarity with U.S. residential building codes and energy standards
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting
