Overview

Our client is looking for an Email and SMS Marketing Specialist (GMass) to own the complete lead-nurturing campaign lifecycle for an established US-based loan brokerage firm. In this role, you will manage multiple email and SMS campaigns simultaneously to convert cold prospects into qualified financial opportunities ready for closing. You will work independently with full infrastructure provided, focusing on lead engagement and deliverability within a fast-growing team.

• Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern Time

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy email marketing campaigns using provided leads and warmed email domains
• Manage multiple concurrent email campaigns with proper sequencing and follow-up automation
• Monitor email deliverability and campaign performance to ensure messages reach inboxes
• Respond to opted-in leads and continue conversations until obtaining required documentation or passing to senior team
• Maintain detailed lead tracking spreadsheets with conversation notes and response status
• Qualify leads by gathering bank statements and financial information when requested
• Identify which leads are sales-ready versus requiring handoff without further engagement
• Adapt and optimize email templates based on response rates and client feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns with demonstrated results
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong proficiency with Gmail and email marketing platforms
• Experience with Gmass or similar email automation tools
• Ability to manage lead data in spreadsheets with accurate note-taking
• Comfortable initiating and maintaining text-based conversations with prospects
• Self-directed work style with ability to manage campaigns independently
