• Direct collaboration with the founder on creative direction.
• Weekly workflow focused on turning raw footage into polished content.
• Scalable support including potential YouTube and podcast management.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into high-performing Shorts, Reels, and TikTok videos.
• Manage and post content across Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Align video editing with established creative direction and branding.
• Draft engaging captions and select relevant tags for each post.
• Facilitate ongoing dialogue regarding content strategy and branding.
• Maintain organized libraries of raw footage and edited assets.
• Support future expansion into YouTube video and podcast editing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in short-form video editing for social media.
• High proficiency with editing software such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Strong creative intuition and alignment with branding concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborative creative planning.
• Ability to work independently and meet content delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok algorithms and trends.
• Reliable high-speed internet and powerful video editing hardware.
