Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Social Media and E-Commerce Specialist to own content creation and e-commerce management for a children's pajama brand, working across Instagram, Shopify, and Amazon. In this role, you will have creative freedom to develop engaging social content while ensuring consistency across all digital sales channels. Working independently, you will promote new items, track daily sales performance, and create compelling visual content that drives customer engagement and revenue growth.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible schedule (MST); Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Create visual content using Canva for social media platforms, with primary focus on Instagram (1-2 posts per week).
• Develop and schedule Instagram Stories showcasing daily sales updates and promoting new product launches.
• Manage and maintain brand consistency across the Shopify store, Amazon listings, and other marketing websites.
• Plan and prepare content calendars for the following week on an ongoing basis.
• Monitor and update product listings on e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Coordinate marketing materials across multiple digital channels to maintain unified brand messaging.
• Track sales performance and create promotional content to drive conversions.
• Provide general marketing support across Shopify and Amazon platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with either Shopify or Amazon e-commerce platforms (must have at least one).
• Proficiency in Canva for content creation and graphic design.
• Demonstrated social media management experience on Instagram.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and content calendars.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Comfortable working 20 hours per week on a consistent, ongoing basis.
• A work portfolio relevant to the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with both Shopify and Amazon platforms.
• Previous experience in the children's products or apparel industry.
• Familiarity with e-commerce analytics and sales tracking.
