Client Overview:

Our client is a UK-based HR compliance consultancy specializing in workplace law and employment regulations. They produce high-quality thought leadership content, including webinars, podcasts, and training videos, to help businesses navigate complex HR challenges. They are currently undergoing a digital transformation to enhance their social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn.

Schedule:

Flexible during UK business hours (Starting at 10 hours/week, with potential to scale to 15-20+ hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Content Repurposing: Edit hour-long webinars and podcasts into 5–6 engaging 60-second social media shorts.
  • Video Enhancement: Add graphics, text overlays, accurate captions, and visual enhancements to talking-head, walk-and-talk, and opinion piece content.
  • Motion Graphics: Enhance screen-share training videos with motion graphics and visual elements to boost viewer engagement.
  • Brand Consistency: Top and tail video content to create professional intros and outros that align with brand standards.
  • Platform Optimization: Optimize video formats specifically for LinkedIn business audiences.
  • Fast Execution: Maintain a 48-hour turnaround time for priority content, time-sensitive industry news, and trending topics.
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Work alongside the team to refine content strategy based on performance metrics and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience editing video content specifically for LinkedIn or business-focused social media platforms.
  • Experienced in LinkedIn Marketing content creation
  • Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to transform long-form content into engaging short-form videos.
  • Excellent English language skills to understand context and create accurate captions.
  • Ability to reliably deliver polished edits within 48-hour turnaround windows.
  • Proficiency with professional video editing software and graphic overlay tools.
  • Experience adding motion graphics, text overlays, and visual enhancements.
  • Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently on a consistent schedule.

Qualifications:
