Job Overview

A housing services provider is seeking a part-time Lead Generator & Appointment Setter to build a pipeline of qualified prospects. In this remote role, you will conduct outbound cold calls, source new leads, and schedule appointments for the business owners. You will also draft email outreach using AI tools and track campaign KPIs in Microsoft Excel. This position is ideal for an independent sales professional with prior experience in outbound calling and lead generation.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce housing services and generate interest
• Source and qualify new leads independently while also working from company-provided lead lists
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for the business owners to close
• Draft and send professional outreach emails to nurture leads through the pipeline
• Maintain detailed daily and weekly reports on call activity, outcomes, and appointments booked
• Collaborate with the team via shared documents to ensure real-time visibility into progress

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT for email structuring
