Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator (Logistics) to coordinate and manage supply planning, logistics, inventory, wholesale orders, and inventory requirements for offsite events. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency across multiple channels, managing purchase orders, coordinating with 3PL providers, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics workflows and stakeholder communications.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sydney Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Supply Planning: Raise, review, revise, and cancel purchase orders as required; follow up on late items, maintain the Purchase Order (P.O.) report, and review shipping plans and purchase order invoices; coordinate shipping plans for fixtures, supplies, and license sticker ordering.
- Logistics: Attend regular catch-ups with Account Managers, review quarterly logistics rate cards, and monitor daily shipment bookings and notifications; maintain incoming shipment reports, coordinate delivery plans with 3PL providers, manage inbound stock receiving, and handle international stock movements.
- Inventory Management: Maintain daily Stock on Hand (SOH) reports, review daily dispatch orders and quarterly inactive stock reports; coordinate weekly store stock picks, store supplies, bale picks, deliveries, and bi-monthly office supply needs; process store stock adjustments, support annual stocktakes, and prepare monthly OTB reports.
- Wholesale: Coordinate and manage monthly wholesale orders.
- Offsite Events: Coordinate seasonal offsite event planning, bookings, stock picking, dispatch, and deliveries; maintain billing reports, process stock Inter-Branch Transfers (IBTs) in Unleashed, and review quarterly SNC SOH.
Requirements
- Advanced or highly proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via email.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to following up on outstanding tasks.
- Capability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency and confidence using inventory management software (e.g., Unleashed), Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, purchase order reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
