Job Overview

Our client is looking for a WordPress Web Developer & UI Designer experience to build, customize, and maintain websites. In this role, you will work on themes, plugins, performance, and content workflows, while producing or refining visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools).

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Build and customize WordPress sites (themes, plugins, templates, Gutenberg).
• Maintain, update, and optimize existing websites for performance and responsiveness.
• Create and edit graphics, layouts, and web assets in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams on clean, responsive front-end development.

Requirements

• Proven WordPress development experience.
• Hands-on Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools).
• Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
• Experience with AI tools for development, design, or content workflows.
• Foundational knowledge of SEO, web performance optimization, and web accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design-handoff tools.
