Digital Content & Design Coordinator

Job Overview:

The candidate will be supporting the primary company and its 2 partner initiatives. The role would take content, manuscripts, policies, procedures, and concepts that have already been developed and turn them into polished, professional, branded finished products.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (US Central Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and designing Google Forms for applications, intake processes, screenings, surveys, evaluations, and other organizational needs
  • Formatting and branding policies, procedures, manuals, forms, templates, and organizational documents
  • Creating professional fillable forms, PDFs, worksheets, workbooks, handouts, checklists, and downloadable resources
  • Taking completed manuscripts and developing them into professionally designed e-books and children’s books, including page layout, formatting, illustrations/graphics, and preparation of final digital products
  • Assisting with the development and design of a comprehensive Clinical Supervision Toolkit
  • Assisting with the development and design of a Private Practice Operations Manual/Toolkit
  • Creating and formatting EMDR clinician resources, worksheets, educational materials, and professional toolkits from content that I provide
  • Creating training manuals, internal guides, resource libraries, and standardized organizational templates
  • Developing and maintaining Canva templates and branded materials for the different organizations
  • Editing, updating, formatting, and adding content to our existing websites for P&G Clinical Services, Future Matters Foundation, and Reclaim Retreat
  • Creating landing pages, resource pages, downloadable-resource sections, and other website content as needed
  • Organizing and restructuring Google Drive folders and files, including developing logical folder structures, naming conventions, archiving systems, and eliminating unnecessary duplication
  • Organizing and restructuring files stored on USB/external drives, including categorizing documents and creating a system that makes files easy to locate and maintain
  • Organizing digital resources and establishing systems so that materials can easily be located, updated, reused, and maintained in the future
  • Using AI and other appropriate digital tools efficiently to assist with content production, design, formatting, organization, and workflow

Requirements:

  • Highly creative, highly organized, detail-oriented
  • Able to receive raw or completed content and independently execute the production, design, organization, and implementation
  • Advanced Canva skills
  • Strong Google Workspace/Google Forms experience
  • Excellent document design and formatting abilities
  • Website/CMS experience
  • Strong digital file-management and organizational skills
  • Experience creating e-books, workbooks, manuals, or other digital products
  • Experience with AI utilization is an advantage.
  • Submission of a portfolio of previous work is non-negotiable (e.g., Canva designs, professionally formatted documents, Google Forms, websites, and the like).
