Job Overview

Our client is seeking an Appointment Setter (GoHighLevel) to turn warm leads into booked appointments during the clinic's busiest hours. Working directly with a CRM and booking system, you will make outbound calls to prospects who have shown interest through Facebook, Google, and other marketing channels. This is a high-impact role where your ability to connect, qualify, and convert leads directly drives revenue for a thriving med spa during their peak conversion window.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Central Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads captured through GoHighLevel CRM from Meta, Google, and other marketing sources.
• Book paid appointments for services including hydrofacials, Botox, fillers, and laser hair removal.
• Use the Mevo booking software to schedule client appointments accurately.
• Follow established calling and texting protocols provided by the franchise.
• Handle peak-hour lead outreach from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Central Time when the front desk is occupied.
• Escalate complex inquiries or transfer calls to the clinic team when additional information is needed.
• Track all call activities and appointment confirmations within GoHighLevel.
• Respond professionally to questions about various med spa services and treatments.
• Maintain consistent daily outreach to ensure no leads go cold.
• Adapt to refined processes and protocols as the business continues to scale.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling leads and booking appointments in a sales or service environment.
• Strong outbound calling skills with confidence in reaching cold and warm prospects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Comfortable learning and working within CRM systems like GoHighLevel.
• Reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace for professional calls.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Central Time.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
