Overview:

Our client is seeking a talented, confident, and highly articulate Video Content Producer & On-Camera Presenter (UGC) to build engaging short-form video content for VIMB. This is an ongoing full-time role designed for a skilled visual storyteller who can step in front of the camera, present complex topics with clarity and authority, and produce polished content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, and paid ad channels.

You will collaborate directly with our marketing leadership to transform brand messages, educational topics, and promotional concepts into high-performing short-form videos. Beyond appearing on camera, you will own the creative execution end-to-end, including scripting hooks, trend research, video editing, and content batching.

Schedule: Flexible during client's business hours | Full-Time | Sydney, AU Time Zone

Responsibilities:

• On-Camera Presentation: Serve as a core brand voice, presenting educational content, brand promos, and direct-response ad concepts clearly and professionally on camera
• Short-Form Content Production: Plan, script, record, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, paid video ad hooks) tailored to investment, citizenship, and destination marketing
• Scripting & Concepting: Write strong hooks, clear call-to-actions, and concise scripts based on campaign direction provided by the marketing lead
• Post-Production: Handle end-to-end editing, sound design, dynamic captions, and visual enhancements for all produced video assets
• Content Planning & Batching: Conduct trend research, build content calendars, and batch-produce video assets during non-filming hours to maintain a steady stream of marketing material
• Occasional On-Location Production: Travel to Vanuatu or key regional hubs on occasion if specialized on-the-ground content capture is required for major campaigns

Requirements:

• English Fluency: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, articulate, and professional on-camera presence suitable for engaging an international audience
• Proven On-Camera Track Record: Solid background in user-generated content (UGC), social media hosting, or digital video presentation
• Self-Sufficient Production: Access to your own professional filming setup (4K camera or latest-gen smartphone, wireless lapel microphone, ring lights/softboxes)
• Video Editing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) to produce fast-paced, high-retention video
• Creative Autonomy: Ability to take a high-level topic or bullet point brief and turn it into a structured, engaging 30-to-60-second script without hand-holding
• Portfolio Submission: Must provide live links, a portfolio, or social channels demonstrating recent on-camera work and short-form editing (Strictly required)
