Job Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Shopify Store Developer to configure, test, and optimize the backend infrastructure of a brand-new Shopify store.
In this vital development role, the client needs to make sure this person can work with them from set-up to purchase to return and all back-end admin. You will take full ownership of backend admin settings, payment gateway integrations, checkout flows, and post-purchase return workflows. Collaborating closely with the existing front-end design team, you will audit existing store configurations, resolve operational gaps, and deliver a fully functional, high-converting e-commerce platform.
Client Overview Our client is an expanding retail brand based in Glendale, California, preparing to launch a new, high-touch e-commerce storefront. Committed to delivering a seamless customer journey from discovery through checkout and returns, they rely on clean design and robust backend infrastructure. To ensure their online store is fully operational and optimized for launch, they are onboarding a remote Shopify Store Developer to build, test, and refine their platform backend.
