Reports To Marketing Manager Purpose of the Role To manage, maintain and continuously improve People Inc Group's portfolio of WordPress websites. The role is responsible for website performance, user experience, SEO implementation, analytics reporting, conversion optimisation, technical maintenance and identifying opportunities to improve lead generation and website effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Website Management Manage and maintain all company websites. Create and publish new website pages, blogs and landing pages. Update content, forms, landing pages and assets. Perform regular website audits and quality checks. Monitor website functionality and user experience. Ensure all websites are operating correctly across devices and browsers. Ensure websites are accurate, responsive and visually consistent. Can take a sales lens and apply to websites. Maintain consistency across websites and digital assets. Implement and maintain website forms, ensuring lead capture mechanisms function correctly and align with CRM requirements. Test website changes, forms and functionality before deployment. Analytics & Reporting Monitor website traffic and performance. Analyse user behaviour using Google Analytics and heat mapping tools. Produce monthly website performance reports. Identify trends, opportunities and issues impacting website performance. Track lead generation performance and conversion metrics. Provide recommendations to improve results. SEO & Website Optimisation Implement on-page SEO improvements. Monitor keyword performance. Review website structure and content for optimisation opportunities. Work with external SEO providers where required. Ensure websites follow SEO best practice. User Experience & Conversion Optimisation Review visitor behaviour through heat maps and user recordings. Identify bottlenecks within user journeys. Recommend improvements to increase enquiries and conversions. Test landing pages and website changes. Assist with conversion rate optimisation initiatives. Technical Maintenance Support implementation of SEO recommendations and structured content. Maintain backlinks, internal links, Google Business and Bing listings. Monitor website health, page speed and functionality across all sites. Manage plugins, themes and platform updates. Identify website errors and bugs. Liaise with developers where advanced functionality is required. Ensure websites remain live, secure and operational, escalating issues where appropriate. Marketing Support Build campaign landing pages. Assist with webinar, event and campaign tracking. Implement tracking pixels and conversion events. Support lead generation activities across all brands. Video editing and repurposing. Websites Under Management The role will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining multiple company websites, including: RecruitNZ VisaAide ConsultingHQ HR Docs People Inc Group Key Performance Indicators Website Health 99.9% website uptime No critical website issues unresolved for more than 48 hours Monthly website audits completed Quarterly site audits conducted and changes implemented Performance Improvement in website conversion rates Reduction in bounce rates Improvement in page load times Reporting Monthly analytics reports delivered on time Actionable recommendations provided each month Heat map reviews completed monthly SEO Growth in organic traffic Improvement in keyword rankings Technical SEO issues identified and resolved Delivery Website updates completed within agreed timeframes Landing pages created as required Campaign tracking accurately implemented Experience Required Essential 5+ years experience managing WordPress websites Strong understanding of GA4 Experience with SEO implementation Experience with Elementor Pro, Kadence Experience with Pipedrive CRM Experience with SE Ranking Experience using heat mapping and user behaviour tools Knowledge of website optimisation and conversion principles Strong attention to detail Excellent English communication skills Experience working with New Zealand businesses Desirable Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript Experience in WP Rocket Google Tag Manager experience Experience managing multiple websites Experience in a marketing environment Ideal Candidate Profile Commercially minded Highly proactive Curious and analytical Strong problem solver Comfortable working independently Looks beyond the data and provides recommendations Passionate about improving website performance and user experience View full description
