Our client is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to transform technical scopes into flawless executions across eight international offices. In this role, you will take ownership of email automations, landing pages, webinar funnels, and advanced tracking while mastering sophisticated campaigns. You’ll also collaborate directly with an agency leader with a background in statistics and web development, giving you direct access to AI tools and endless opportunities to level up your skillset. 

Client Overview:

Our client is an established digital marketing agency with 8 years of experience specializing in performance marketing for B2B clients. They work with a multinational sales coaching company across eight global offices, managing comprehensive marketing campaigns that include automation, tracking, and reporting across multiple regions. The agency operates with a fully remote team and uses cutting-edge tools including Claude AI for enhanced productivity.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM NZDT (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage email automations with conditional logic and audience targeting
• Create and configure tags, custom fields, and tracking systems within Go High Level
• Develop landing pages for webinars and campaigns across multiple international offices
• Integrate Go High Level with new website launches and existing systems
• Monitor and report on automation performance including opens, clicks, and replies
• Translate technical requirements into practical Go High Level implementations
• Troubleshoot automation workflows and ensure campaigns run smoothly
• Collaborate using Claude AI with provided prompts and memory to expand capabilities
• Manage dashboards and tracking for multinational campaign performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Go High Level platform
• Strong understanding of email automation workflows and conditional logic
• Proven ability to build landing pages and manage campaign tracking
• Experience with tags, custom fields, and audience segmentation
• Ability to execute quickly from written technical scopes
• Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable working with AI tools like Claude to enhance productivity

Qualifications:

• Bonus if you have agency experience managing multiple client accounts
• It helps if you understand basic digital marketing tracking and analytics
