Are you a detail-driven customer support expert fluent in English and Spanish?

We are looking for a Bilingual E-Commerce Operations Representative - Spanish to own seamless online operations, from precise order processing to delivering exceptional chat and email support. In this role, you will work closely with business leadership while expanding your expertise in a dynamic, high-ownership environment. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in e-commerce or customer care alongside sharp attention to detail, especially when matching product fields across platforms. Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 04:00 PM US Eastern Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Process and transfer incoming customer orders from the company website to supplier platforms accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring accurate and resourceful answers based on available documentation
• Prepare and coordinate price quotes by liaising between the business owner and suppliers
• Handle billing tasks, including invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Escalate unresolved or unclear queries to the business owner rather than providing unverified information
• Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and customer communications
• Perform non-voice tasks (order entry, billing, chat, and email) as well as voice support for price quoting and select customer calls
• Operate within established workflows while adapting to evolving processes
• Collaborate closely with the business owner for training and escalation

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when matching product fields across different platforms
• Excellent written communication skills with a professional and conversational tone
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Willingness to learn a broad product catalog and apply knowledge consistently
• Prior experience in order processing, customer support, or e-commerce environments
