Job Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy, articulate Outbound Sales Representative to connect with property owners, hook prospects in the first few seconds, and uncover motivated sellers. If you are a resilient cold caller who excels at handling objections, qualifying leads, and driving pipeline growth, we want you on our team. 

Schedule: Remote, Part Time | Mon-Fri, Alternating 4 hour shifts between 11am - 8pm, Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners from a provided database to assess their interest in selling
• Qualify leads by gathering key information such as willingness to sell, desired timeline, and time on market
• Document and transfer qualified lead details to the in-house sales team for follow-up
• Maintain a high volume of daily calls while ensuring each interaction is professional and engaging
• Capture and hold the prospect's attention within the first few seconds of each call

Requirements:

• Proven cold calling experience with a strong understanding of objection handling techniques
• Clear English with excellent verbal communication skills
• Proactive and energetic personality with the ability to engage prospects quickly
• Strong resilience and self-motivation to handle frequent rejection
• High level of attention to detail when recording and qualifying lead information
